When not to book massage

Chest pain, a severe sudden headache, new numbness or weakness, a recent serious injury or suspected fracture, fever with severe body pain, unexplained swelling, a blood-clot concern, severe shortness of breath, open wounds, or severe pain after an accident — please seek medical advice before booking massage. A wellness session supports recovery and relaxation; it does not treat medical conditions, and we will never claim otherwise.

YOUR CONCIERGE, IN PLAIN WORDS

What each session actually is

Relaxing Oil Massage

A full-body, flowing oil massage built for switching off: long strokes, steady rhythm, light-to-medium pressure. The session most people mean when they say "I just need a massage."

Best for: general stress, light body tension, sleep recovery, relaxation, first-time clients, a full-body reset

Pressure: light · ideal: 90 min

Choose this if: you want to relax more than to fix one spot

Not ideal if: you have one very specific deep knot you want worked on; your discomfort is severe; your discomfort follows an injury

You should leave calmer and looser — not sore. Say so during the session if any pressure feels like too much.

Deep Tissue Recovery

Slower, firmer, more specific work on the layers that long days and hard training tighten: shoulders, upper back, glutes, legs. Deliberate pressure, one area at a time.

Best for: tight shoulders, upper-back tension, gym soreness, a firm-pressure preference, recurring muscle tightness

Pressure: firm · ideal: 90 min

Choose this if: you know exactly where it is tight

Not ideal if: pressure that borders on pain is unpleasant for you; your pain is severe or unexplained; the area is newly injured

Worked areas can feel tender for a day — that is normal for deep work, and the therapist will calibrate with you.

Hilot-Inspired Wellness

A Filipino traditional-style session: warm, unhurried, whole-body work in the hilot manner, for the kind of heaviness people describe as lamig or simply being out of balance.

Best for: Filipino traditional-style relaxation, whole-body balance, general lamig-style tension

Pressure: medium · ideal: 90 min

Choose this if: you grew up with hilot and want that manner of work

Not ideal if: you want targeted deep work on one specific knot; your discomfort is severe or follows an injury

This is a wellness tradition offered respectfully — it is not, and is never claimed to be, medical or curative healing.

Foot, Shoulder & Back Express

The office worker’s reset: a focused session on exactly the three places screens, desks and standing shifts punish — feet, shoulders, back — in a shorter window.

Best for: office workers, night-shift workers, localized stress, a short recovery window, neck, shoulder and back focus

Pressure: medium · ideal: 60 min

Choose this if: your tension lives in your neck, shoulders, back or feet

Not ideal if: you want full-body work; your main concern is outside these areas

Focused means focused: the session goes deep on the chosen areas instead of covering everything lightly.

Couple / Two-Therapist Session

Two professionals, one home, synchronized sessions — for couples, family wellness, or a date-night reset without leaving the condo.

Best for: couples, family wellness, a date-night reset, synchronized home service

Pressure: mixed · ideal: 90 min

Choose this if: there are two of you

Not ideal if: only one person is receiving the session

Availability of two professionals in one window is confirmed by the business — request-to-confirm applies doubly here. This remains a strictly professional service.

This is professional wellness massage, not medical treatment. Nothing here diagnoses a condition or promises a cure, and final therapist assignment and suitability remain subject to confirmation.
