Skills-assessed
Requires: Hands-on demonstration, judged in person.
Unlocks: The owner’s vouch, under her own name.
Owner-vouched
Requires: All five admission checks recorded under the owner’s name.
Unlocks: A roster seat, request-to-confirm bookability.
Screened J’Taime Therapist
Requires: Identity sighted + clearances recorded.
Unlocks: The screened label on your public card.
Active Therapist
Requires: A claimed account, published hours, accepted policies.
Unlocks: Assignments, self-service status, your own profile in your own words.
Senior Therapist
Requires: A track record of settled, reviewed visits.
Unlocks: Senior rate discussions and priority.
Trainer Candidate
Requires: Conferred by the owner after demonstrated skill.
Unlocks: Evaluation toward training others.
Academy Facilitator
Requires: Class-specific qualification evidence, approved.
Unlocks: Facilitating that class, and only that class.
Lead Therapist
Requires: Everything above, sustained.
Unlocks: Leadership of the roster.
